The waiting game

I am happy to report that I finished all my essays! :)  I have got them posted and the only thing left to do is my finally presentation next month that I can't get out of.  Boy does it feel nice.  Graduation is May 5; I have worked so hard to finally get here.

I went into my classroom on Friday.  My wonderful mentor teacher and the students threw a going away party for me.  I will still visit them from time to time.  The wrote a book for me called The Important Book about Mrs. London.  I wanted to cry when they presented it to me.  It is the sweetest thing.  The also gave me a book bag with books for my future students.  I already miss my students.

All last week I stayed at home and rested awaiting the arrival of Thomas Joseph.  I was happy when Adam and Steph came home for the day because I was pretty bored without them.

We picked a Chinese name for Thomas.  It is Yee Chang.  Yee means generous and Chang means brilliant.  Yee was part of my grandpa's name on my dad's side.
