Wow!  Where has the time gone?

I am now working for AEC as an admin assistant.  I just do what Adam tells me to do.  :)  Today is my second full day of working.  It feels weird to work but nice to have a little extra cash.  I haven't worked since Summer of '06 when I was in Fairbanks. 

Avu and the rest of the family are doing well.  Avu weighs a good 30 pounds already.

I met my mentor teacher and she is really nice.  I pray that we will get along throughout the school year. 

I am excited to go to Bible camp in mid-June.  I am sad that I will have to still "go" to my summer classes though.  We are also flying to Bellingham to spend a week in the area (Kayli, if you read this- we will have to finally get together, and I am super excited to meet your boys).

God is good!

I love my new puppy.  Avu is super sweet and always by my side. 

I have been done with school for a week now.  May 12th is when one of my summer classes begins.  I have to take two summer methods classes.  I am not happy about taking the classes but I am excited about student teaching in the fall.  I just found out today that I will be student teaching at Soldotna Montessori School in a first thru third grade classroom.  I have not met my mentor teacher but I am hoping to meet her within a couple of weeks. 

Adam and I were in Homer Monday thru Wednesday for a work retreat.

My side of the family will be in Anchorage on Saturday, and when they come down our way- we are going to go clam digging.  It should be fun, but I have to learn to make clam chowder.
