We have put some new videos on the Video tab. They are pretty fun to watch. I hope you enjoy!
http://www.polarnewsflash.com/videos.html Today our friend Kris took Tommy and I to the botanical gardens. It was so peaceful.
Tommy is getting bigger and bigger in every picture we take of him. How are things going in your lives? I haven't heard from many of you in awhile. We pray for you often. Drop us a line and let us know how things are going. Thanks for taking the time to look at our pics and read our blogs. http://www.alaskahouseny.org/Shop/ShopByCulture.aspx?ModuleID=14&CultureID=3&ArtistID=1080
Being here in Chicago has been nice since we have some friends with us from Alaska. Dale and Mary Smith are our friends who were living in Anchorage. Dale is in Seminary with Adam. Dale and Mary have 2 kids who have become some of Thomas' close friends. Check out the link to see a few of Mary's work. She is an amazing artist. She also makes beautiful kuspuks. I am so thankful to have her as my friend. I am still amazed at how much Thomas is growing daily. Sunday he got his first bruise on his head while playing. Today he added another bump on the forehead. The more he tries to stand on his own, the more he gets hurt. I guess it is just part of the learning process. (We do try to keep his toys out of his way for a softer landing).
His top teeth add so much to his already adorable smile. It is hard to take his picture though. The past couple of days have been so nice. I even wore my tank top outside. Although, I was the only one wearing summer clothes. Please keep Adam in your prayers as his leg has been bothering him for over a year. Right now he is doing physical therapy three times a week and is still waiting to hear what is wrong with it. It hurts alot when he has to sit in class all day. I hope you enjoy these pictures of Thomas. We went to the store and I couldn't resist buying Thomas his first lap top as he is always trying to play on our computers. The first picture is Thomas with a king salmon strip. What a lucky kid! He sure enjoyed eating his fish. |
