On Tuesday January 27th, we'll only have 9 more weeks. It is an exciting thought. We can't wait to meet Baby Thomas.
I have completed 2 of my 6 weeks of residency. I had an awesome week. I am so close to being done I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. :) I love my students though. A kid from another class made Baby Thomas a hat. Then one of my first graders asked me if I was going to have a baby and I said yes. I think he might have thought I have just been getting fat for no reason. My first grader told me that he was going to make Baby Thomas a blanket and if he couldn't make a blanket, he was going to bring in one of his old hats.
On Thursday my class and I melted a popsicle in the microwave. :) We are learning about the water cycle and wanted to see if the popsicle would evaporate in the microwave. Afterwards we ate some popsicles.
God is good!
Baby Thomas is doing well. Our next doctor's appointment is on Thursday. I have to go during recess and pray that I get done before recess ends.
