Happy Easter! We had a wonderful Easter with some of Adam's extended family in Lancaster. It was about a 12-13 hour drive through Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Tom did great both ways. What a true blessing. I hope you enjoy looking at the pictures. One day it was 80 degrees there. Too hot for us. Also one night Tom was playing with a shield beetle! Crazy boy picked it up and was shaking and then poking it with a pen. It was fun to watch but I had to call Adam to tell him to take the bug out of Tom's hand. We didn't get any pictures of that. We also fed a bunch of animals and went on a lot of beautiful walks. Thank you McKeever Family for a wonderful break!

Thomas is one! It is hard to believe that a year has gone by. We celebrated Thomas' birthday on Sunday. We had over 20 people come to help celebrate our little boy's birthday. I made cupcakes and my friend and I arranged them in a shape of a 1. We gave Thomas a cupcake that he wasn't too sure of. He like the sprinkles much more.
Also, today I am in my second trimester! Hooray! I haven't puked in over a week. Praise God! And I am feeling tons better. Good thing too because we need to pack and move back to Alaska! 30 more days and Tom and I will be getting on a plane headed to Anchorage. Thank you Erica for taking pictures of Thomas.
I asked Thomas what he wanted for his first birthday and he told me he wanted a brother or sister. :) He will get his present end of September. Doctors says I am due Sept. 29. Thomas said it was okay if his present was a little bit late. I think Thomas will be a great big brother to Baby London #2 We have been blessed tremendously so far this year. We recently did a salmon update dinner in Arvada Covenant Church (where Adam attended as a youth). I am pretty sure there were a 100 people there to hear how our ministry is going in Alaska. It is awesome to see how the Body of Christ supports one another. We had so much great help to prepare for the dinner and clean up. Thank you to all who helped in anyway. It was such a blessing. God blessed us so much! Thank you for all the new partners we have now.
On Thursday we received another gift!!! Thank you Kenai Calvary Baptist Church!!! What a wonderful surprise you had the Smiths deliver. We miss everyone in Kenai. It was so wonderful to see the Smiths and eat Chicago style pizza. Just thinking about how God is already providing for us this year with encouragement and financiallu brings tears to my eyes. We have gotten so many new supporters, and other supporters continuing to partner with us. God and his children have shown us so much love! I have never felt so rich with God's love before. I pray that Tommy will know how much God loves him and how God will always take care those who follow His will. We have been in Colorado for 6 days now. It has been sunny and sometimes it reaches the high 50's! It doesn't look like winter here.
We bought Thomas a walker and he loves it! Watch him go. Below are pictures of Thomas and his 4 month old cousin, Hollis. For the past for months I have placed Thomas in his walker with snacks while I do something (5-10 mins). When we came home from the grocery store I put Thomas in the walker with some snacks and for 2 minutes while I was putting things away Thomas was super quiet. I turn the corner in our not big apartment and find him sitting on the tray of the walker! I grabbed my camera that was next to him and made sure he wasn't going to fall and took a few pictures. He was so proud of his new accomplishment. I am so thankful that he didn't get hurt. I think we have a little daredevil in our family.
Today was a beautiful day! We went with our friends Marisol and Matt to the playground. They have two boys (5 &1). You can see them in a few of the pictures. God has been awesome! He has provided us with great friends.
The last three pictures were taken on Thanksgiving day by Erica Rose. We have put some new videos on the Video tab. They are pretty fun to watch. I hope you enjoy!
